e2E Satcom has grown rapidly in recent months, with three new permanent staff members
joining at our Swindon office.
Wayne Clarke has joined e2E Satcom as the HR & Operations Manager, following a spell
in Qatar as the Country Manager for a leading recruitment company, Menatsa, where
he was responsible for business development, HR, marketing and day-to-day management.
Wayne has extensive experience in the recruitment of electronic and software engineers
in the Telecoms, Satellite, Military and Formula 1 industries, having worked at companies
such as The Edge and WA Consultants in a number of senior positions. At e2E Satcom,
Wayne takes on a number of key responsibilities, including the future development
and recruitment of staff.
Walter Molloy joins e2E Satcom as a Real-Time Technical Architect, having amassed
more than 22 years of research, design, development and implementation experience
in wireless communication systems, mostly in San Diego’s famed ‘wireless valley’.
Walter joins e2E Satcom from Texas Instruments, where he was working on Bluetooth
and UMTS chipsets. Previously, he has led software teams working on the ground-up
development of multiple protocol stacks at PCSI Inc and Rockwell Semiconductor Systems
(now Conexant). Walter also has a patent in communications system design.
Karl Doddimeade has joined from SGS Wireless, the wireless certification wing of
multi-national SGS Global, where he spent a number of years providing 4th generation
cellular test and validation services to a variety of blue-chip clients. Prior to
this, Karl worked in the Cambridge-based R&D centre for CSR, delivering test services
to their internal development team across a wide variety of software products and
embedded software solutions. At e2E Satcom, Karl works as a Test Engineer in the
Wireless Interoperability Lab (WIL), as well as fulfilling the role of IT Manager
for the company. Karl is a member of the British Computing Society (MBCS) and is
ISEB-qualified.
